  Got in and out in no time at all. The girl working the counter was very polite, and efficient. Handed her a check and ten seconds later she handed me money. Pretty quick service in my opinion

  I went to this branch because my debit card just expired and I haven't received a new one. I also need to change my last name. The woman at the counter told me my husband would need to be present for me to change my name to my married name even though I have my license and marriage certificate. I asked if I could open an account in my own name and she told me no. That's fine that I can't change my name on my account without my husband present, but we work opposite schedules and can't come in together unless one of us takes the day off. Now I'm without a debit card. Why can't I open an account in my own name? I have no debit card and am unable to get access to my money. We WILL be switching banks. This is unacceptable. The woman offered me no solution. We have had BOA for over 10 years. Time for a change!

  Despite other reviews and how I feel about BofA as a corporation, I feel that the customer service at this branch is generally very good. I have used multiple different loan officers and opened multiple accounts over the 10 years or so I have been an account holder. Each time the representative was very kind and professional, and didn't make me feel pressured into any options provided. Also I feel that on more than one occasion the branch manager has gone above her necessary duties as an employee to try to help me solve a problem with my account.
