  Honestly if you need help with your credit report skip all the troubles and called The credit people! I went from a 504 credit score all the way up to around 746 they helped me out a lot through the past couple years and my family as well thank you again! Again from a father of four With a budget we all thank you!

  Signed up and waited for some sort of follow through..3mts and not 1 item was removed..Do not waste your time or money, it's not fully refundable even though that's the phrase that's posted on the site.. if your service is for credit improvement focus on transparency and customer service ... I rate this company -1

It’s important to keep in mind that everyone’s credit is completely different with the volume of negative accounts, dates, amount owed, etc, and there is generally years worth of credit history to work on. Credit repair does take time to fight the bureaus and creditors who want this information on your reports. While some clients do see results in less than three months, others take more time if the creditors are fighting back. Our website has two membership options and does state as a monthly client you can cancel at any time and not be charged your upcoming payment, and receive your prior month as a refund if you aren’t satisfied. We do not offer a full refund, nor do we state we offer a full refund as a monthly client. We know you understand we can’t work for free, because we do regularly review our clients reports as well as submit custom dispute letters to the bureaus based on your negative account history.   Hi Jackie, We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with our service. We know the credit system is not fair to consumers, so we do everything we can to help improve our clients credit. There was a few things you mentioned that we wanted to help clarity. Our monthly fee is $79 a month. You mentioned you were with us over a year but it was actually 11 months total (less than a year). We were also able to confirm 9 negative accounts were removed. This is positive for your reports since that means when you apply for credit moving forward, new lenders will no longer see the 9 negative accounts we removed. The less negative accounts you have the better off your reports are and your chance of getting approved for credit. We did also see your credit utilization is high on the credit cards you do use and that is the reason your scores dropped. When it comes to credit utilization, you want to always stay below 50% of the available credit limit. As soon as you hit 50% usage your scores drop, and the more you go above that threshold the lower it drops your scores. As you can afford to, the goal is to keep your credit below30% usage since that is the optimal point to boost your scores the most. While we do everything within our control to help improve your credit, we unfortunately don’t have control over things such as credit utilization which can drop your scores.
