  Great customer service at this Bank of America location, and miraculously, their lobby is open and available for services! Their staff is super friendly and helpful, and also actually answer the phones. While it can be a bit busy, they do their best to be as efficient as possible. Not surprised by how busy this location can be though, considering most BOA locations around are all closed. Highly recommend this branch!

  So tired of this bank not being able to help this so called preferred customer. I just can't seem to count on them for my regular banking business. Special help to open my account that classified me as a preferred customer was no problem. Today I could not cash a check. Systems were down. Normally I would be understanding. It's just that this year I've made several different trips there expecting to deposit and cash checks only to find out I can't be helped. I've never dealt with a bank like this before. I'm disappointed too many times. I thank the owner for the response and trying to offer help. If only it were that simple. I already have the mobile app for deposits and have used it. I already know I can use the ATM and have used it. I have different needs. I help with the finances for my mother who resides in a facility. Under medicaid there are rules to follow. I wanted to cash the check for the money she is allotted monthly and not deposit it to my account. I have my parameters for what I believe is needed. I just never expected to be stopped so often at this branch from being able to follow through in a timely manner for transactions as simple as cashing a check. Again I would be understanding for it happening once or twice. Sadly, it's been more than that.
