      Wow. Absolutely incredible experience today at Bank Of America. I had an emergency and in desperate need of a wire transfer. I walked in at 3:57( branch closes at 4pm) and Jisook L. Anderson greeted me with a smile and a warm regard to assist. I apologized for coming in so close to closing time , and explained my somewhat complicated situation. Jisook patiently listened and then proceeded to help solve my issue. We experienced a temporary obstacle and she was quick to redirect with another solution. The entire time she was patience , kind , personable ,professional and understanding. I was incredibly stressed out and her energy and kindness put me at ease. I can not thank her enough for her kindness. I really appreciated her guidance and understanding. Bank of America should take note of her above and beyond attitude. Thank you so much Jisook, your kind gesture and service made a huge impact on a lifetime customer of BofA.

      Okay came to the second branch, they didn't have enough cash to cash a check because they are a small branch!
