been with this bank for many years but sad to say these people that work there are rude and not caring for the customer never enough help wait at the drive thru for 20 min. And have complained before about this bank and of course they don't care look at there other google reviews and you will see what other people are saying !

My husband and I made an attempt to deposit an irs check through the atm and unfortunately was returned. When we went to THIS SPECIFIC location to deposit this copy of a legal check that they themselves sent us through mail, they denied taking it and said “it was non negotiable”. Our OWN bank suggested to open an account with another bank to resolve this issue because they couldn’t; they took very little consideration to how covid-19 was affecting us and how depositing this check meant a couple more bucks in our pocket to make ends meet. Shortly we went to another Bank of America location and within seconds we’re able to deposit our check with NO questions or hesitations. ROBERT, showed very little lack in helping us despetie our genuine behavior and cooperation. As manager of this faculty he failed terribly in even providing us with some remorse. My OWN BANK failed me, I hope you see this review and work on yourselves sincerely.
