  Walked in today. No one at counter. Asked the two employees having a fun conversation in the office next to the counter if anyone was supposed to be working at the counter. One of them went in the back to find someone else to work the counter. Once he arrived, he stated he could not fulfill my request for $200 in singles, as they were low. Best he could do was between $30 to $40. The bank has 3 employees doing nothing and only 40 singles on hand. Well done BOA.

  Highly incompetent and unhelpful. I’m a premier platinum client and came into the branch to open a checking account for my 15 year old son. After about an hour that was spent with the banker Mario Flores, I was told by this banker that he couldn’t help me because his “system was doing something strange” and that he did not know how to address this issue. When asked to call tech support, mr Flores stated that he couldn’t do that and suggested that I should “come in some other day” and that “maybe the system will work than”. A branch manager Mr Lester Green had attempted to assist Mr Flores but did not know how to address the issue either. As I was walking out of the bank, Mr Flores had the audacity to request that I give him high ratings on the branch experience survey. Wow !

  Bank of America is requiring scheduled appointments. However, this branch is not accepting scheduled appointments. The branch is effectively closed for services beyond the teller window. Not terrible service, no service!
