  My Mom passed away and I have been trying for over year to get access to her account. Attorney gave me everything I need but bank America will not give me access. Other banks have take my documents and given me access. I have heard this happening to other people that have had accounts with Bank America. If you have any money in Bank America and you die your loved ones are going to have to fight for their money. It is hard enough to deal with lose with out have to deal with Bank America.
