      This bank is a poor choice for small business owners. They are about a decade behind in capabilities and cash management services and they charge very high fees for routine business processes that are free at other banks

      This bank is absolute trash and I've only been apart of it for 12+ hours. I have banked with 1st national for 10+ years and was unaware of the merger. Now it's merger weekend and I cant access my money and all branches and customer service phone #'s are closed. Real smart to plan a merger when no one can help. You can't cut people off to their money like this. Seems like this bank cared more about their new fancy signs than making a smooth transition for their customers. I will be changing banks immediately.
