The team working here is amazing and down to earth. They work hard, are very friendly and always take care of me well. They deserve 10 out of 5 in my book. Also, if you do your due diligence and compare banking products from multiple banks, you will see Flagstar Bank has the most competitive products available out there. It's a No Brainer Choice, especially when combined with amazing and trustworthy customer service and support.

I called to get my PMI taken off since I had enough equity in my home at that point. Ms. F. C. convinced me to apply for a home equity loan as a way of refinancing and getting a lower interest rate on my mortgage. It was an absolute waste of time given my limited employment (pandemic) and the denial letter made it seem like we were asking for another mortgage, not one to replace our current mortgage. Now I have a hit on my credit report and wasted tons of time. Just silly.
