This is the first online review I've felt compelled to write. I have used this bank for personal and business accounts. Tellers are generally cordial, but I've been gaslit twice by their employees over their small mistakes. I don't care if they make mistakes, but they lie about it! Online banking is outdated and literally unusable, and their "security" checks make it impossible to do anything with your own money. Putting my money in this bank has literally been a liability. Their lobbies are still closed at this point, even though every other business in Denver is open. My best guess is that the vast majority of their revenue comes from large businesses, so they really don't need your business enough to even care about you in the slightest. If they even check their google business reviews, I doubt they'll even care if their rating drops to 1 star because they don't need you or care. At all. The review before mine is spot on: "the most anti-consumer bank". I really wish I would have seen a review like that before opening an account. I'd rather give all my money to the bankers that caused the '08 crash or a ponzi scheme than waste my time with this farse of a local bank.

The most anti-customer bank I have ever dealt with. For starters it’s Hard to get your money out, they underpay interest, close accounts without notice and they’re unapologetically nasty about their known shortfalls.
