      Made a cash deposit of $1000 on Friday at the Pahoa Branch of Bank of Hawaii.. Amount did NOT appear in the account on Monday. Very concerned, I called the branch and was on hold over 40 minutes with NO response. ALSO the BoH Mastercard information is NEVER correct on the website. Pathetic. AVOID Bank of Hawaii.

      This information is not true. A Hilo branch has been open for 4 months while the pahoa branch posts this misinformation on the front door the whole time. Maybe they should post the directions to the branch in Hilo that is open. Instead they would leave you believing all the branches have been closed for months? Not who I want looking after my money.
