      Put cash in the ATM(that counts bills without an envelope) on Sunday, took two days to process. Didn’t show up til Tuesday. Inquired about it in the office they informed me to use the live teller option next time. I work during the week and rarely can make it to the bank while they’re open. This time used the ATM on Saturday while it claimed the ITM was open. There was no where on the atm to choose to talk to a live person on Saturday at 10am to make a deposit. So again, I’m waiting for my cash deposit to clear on a Monday and I’m sure it won’t show up until tomorrow(Tuesday) when I made the deposit on Saturday. When I moved here I wanted a nice hometown bank like the one I worked at before I moved, but I’m closing my account and going elsewhere. Slowest bank ever, with ancient technology they claim is current.

      Hi, we're sorry that your experience using the ATM deposit function wasn't a positive one. Deposits made up to 7pm on Saturday or Sunday through the ATM are processed on Monday and will typically post on Tuesday. For that reason, for deposits made on Saturday, we recommend using the live teller function, which is available Monday - Saturday, 7am to 7pm. To access the live teller, simply touch the screen to be connected. We hope you will try the ITM service again, and connect with a live teller.       Their small size allows them to be tremendously receptive of our needs. Truly a bank where everyone knows who you are when you walk in. We were nervous about switching to a smaller bank after getting jerked around by a bigger "region"al bank, but its been an easy transition!
