      This branch and I have been through it all together, the good, the bad, the ugly.... The staff and management are friendly, professional, and smart. I have had terrible experieces with other US Banks in general, the worst of the worst being Executive Mgmnt at MetLife / FretLife. Not Bank of the West, not this Branch...if they will go the 'extra' mile for me, they will likely do it for you too. They treat everyone with respect and kindness.

      Used the ATM which only gave $20s. I asked the teller at the front if she could break a $20 for me and she started to help. The manager then came across the room and said they’d only make change if I was a member. The funny thing is I was thinking about opening up a local account because I use USAA. After how rude the manager was I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. Treat customers better.
