      After several years as a customer, I will be closing my accounts. Customer service is not what it once was, long hold times- 1.5 hour wait time to report fraud on my account. Rude customer service representatives on several occasions. Not to mention the fees assessed in my accounts. Moved all my funds to a bank who will appreciate my business and easy to work with. Would not recommend this bank to anyone, completely taken back by the poor service I have received for the past year.
