  This bank has got to be the worst! First off, the branch manager, whose name who can’t pronounce will get mad if you try to anyways, will get extremely aggravated when you want to open a new account. No one was in the branch and I saw another banker sitting at the end of the branch who weren’t doing anything at all. This isn’t some P.F. Chang’s where you got to make a reservation, just let me open an account. Anyways, the branch manager said fine, I’ll help and tried to do the laziest job I have ever seen and asked me personal questions not even related to the account at all. He asked if I wanted any water and I said yea, five minutes into opening the account and I swiftly walked out the door and never came back.

  I come into this branch roughly 10 times per month, every single time I end up with this lady. I like her perseverance, yet with all the credit options she offers me, I get sick of it every single time and these options are in no need of mine. I told her I’d love to close my account now, and the branch manager comes over to us, and says “please sir we’d love to keep your business, what are we doing wrong”, and I said you should have just listened to me and my conversation the lady. I quickly got my funds out the account and ran as quick as possible because the manager wouldn’t stop berading me.
