      Horrible customer service here today 5/6/2022 the teller and manager wrote a note about my account I seen part of it before she covered it up and when I asked what they wrote she said it was internal business. They wouldn’t let me withdraw my money and told me I needed to tell them 2 days prior to. Well that was never mentioned when I opened the account. And told me to “look it up” when I asked for the other branch’s number. I’m definitely closing and doing business elsewhere.

      This bank has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my 60 years of banking. These employees go above and beyond to give their customers a stellar experience in the financial world. In my opinion the employees genuinely care for and about the people who come in to the bank. They seem to recognize us as friends, not just customers. Personally, first time in my life I actually enjoy going into the bank. It is a pleasure to witness and experience people at their finest.
