      I had to wait 30 mins in the drive through for a simple cash deposit… why? It should have taken five minutes max. This is a reoccurring problem at this location. Upper management needs to come in and see what the heck is going wrong with these employees immediately.

      Bank of the West I have now renamed Bank of the Worst. Their business hours are impossible and it takes more than 10 minutes to do ONE BASIC transaction at the drive-thru. I quit going inside a long time ago as I was disrespected on three different occasions by the young arrogant clerks. When I brought this up to the manager he just acted like his hands were tied DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE.
