      I've been with this branch of B of the W, about 4 yrs. Never an issue. Very helpful & courteous from the Counters to the Desks. Parking is usually easier in back.

      Cashier are nice, but Supervisor is rude and very unprofessional with customers and inclusive with their own staff. Discrimination is very noticeable in this sucursal.

      I have no problem with this branch when it's open. Unfortunately this, and a few other branches (Castro valley, Fruitvale), have been extremely spotty in their hours lately.
