      It's never no more than 5 people in line for ATM I prefer San Leandro,CA. E.14st Branch for Safety Reasons.

      Don’t ever ever ever come here to this location as a matter of fact you’ll be better banking at No bank at all especially Bank of America they have the worst customer service here especially at this location! Something very very very fishy is going on there and it seems at all bank of Americas. This is my second time coming here to try and do business and I never ever get anything accomplished they systems either go down or they tell me to wait 30mins while at other locations do not give me that problem also all of the bank of Americas be closed all of a sudden we all should know why anyway I do not recommend this location or any other Bank of America location.

      Two employees here and office hours say open but the will not help. They are only able to sit behind desk and yell at customers saying person is at lunch. You can tell when someone is active by their appearance and this person who felt the need to yell rather than be professional and get up from their desk. Absolutely sad how a manager is unable to assist and reply on machines and a teller who is under than to assist with customers. You might as well close this office. These people are so lazy!
