      0 stars for posting a sign on your door that you close at 4:00 on Tuesdays when the website clearly says 5:00 and I rushed to get here by 5:00 only to have the door locked. Cowards.Ruined my DAY!!! WORST BANK EVER!!!

      One of the tellers had poor customer service. She would not close my father's bank account after he pased though I showed her proof that I was the executor of his estate. She was not only unsympathetic but scolded me like I was a criminal. The manager did nothing and told me to wait until the probate hearing was completed. I went to another Bank of the West branch close by. They cllosed the account hassle-free and informed me this was a normal process.

      Horrible service from Branch Manager as well as clueless tellers. I will be closing all accounts and moving them to another bank who understands customer service and values long term customers. There are 10 different banks within a half a mile stretch and better choices than put up with substandard knowledge and incompetence. I hope upper level management reads this post! Some serious training needs to take place!
