      Awful customer service, and I thought B of A was bad. Good thing I keep accounts at other banks so I don't have to use this one very often.

      ATM machine only works half the time. I couldn’t withdraw money from my account the whole weekend. Tried to verify an old account would not give me any information. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.
