      Dennis and his team are the best at customer service and responding to customer requests quickly and efficiently. And the convenience of having this local branch with plenty of easy parking near Cox and Saratoga Ave makes it the no-brainer choice for local branch services.

      Update 8/18/2021 NOT RECOMMENDED Worst customer service ever. Especially Dennis who also offended my Mom and hassled her when she was alive after being a depositer for over 30 years. Avoid Dennis the branch manager who is loosing customers like me and Michael who is the operations manager who is usually making my visits the worst experience of that day. My attorney stated that the issues they raise he has never heard of in his 30 years as a estate attorney. Total fail! Avoid if at all possible, go anywhere else and be treated better. Update 12/17/20 Great experience at the drive up today. We’ll go back to 5 stars. Support our local businesses. Update 9/15/2020 From 5 stars to -1 due to the unfriendly management. The bank manager totally upset my Mother and the assistant manager treats me like i should bank somewhere else. Not recommended. Today window deposit took 11 + minutes and there was only 1 customer in the bank. If you bank here a long time they treat you like they don’t like their job. The tellers are all nice and pleasant. Also the banker is really nice. Sorry Michael and Dennis your branch must be loosing business every month from long time customers like me. Update: 11/25/19 This is a nice bank with friendly staff and I recommend this location. Also plenty of parking. This is an updated refreshed review Update 3/4/2022 They are the worst bank I’ve ever felt with in my life and I’m really old. NOT RECOMMENDED
