I love that they are open on Saturday. The ladies that work here are very friendly and always get me on my way out very quickly. I’ve needed many things like quarters, new checks, checks printed the day Of. I always get what I need. The only think I have to say is a con is the customers. Please come prepared and be getting ready while waiting in line.. it would help the process and I’d be much happier if everyone could come prepared. The Customers!!! Not employees I

Half-baked banking, I had to open an account at a competitive bank as they don’t seem to care at all about the constant non-functioning ATM at this location.

It is a shame that as a Santa Clara County Ambulance 911 Paramedic I cannot open an account because we are contracted/3rd service. We service all of Santa Clara County residents 24/365 I would have been grateful to deposit out funds with your institution. Just my personal thoughts
