      Best manager (Danny) ever! Courteous, professional and efficient. The people giving bad reviews must be customers that should receive bad reviews. Danny has since been retired.

      Terrible customer service. No one really wants to help you. Online website is completely outdated. You are better off dealing with an online bank like Ally. Do not deal with this bank. It is a waste of time and energy.

      Truly horrible customer service. They sound like they care on their website, but they have no compassion for your circumstances. All sugar and honey when you open accounts; drop you like garbage when you need their help. Outdated automated systems. The frontline reps at the Bank of the West 800 number are often overworked and exhausted, and the managers are uncaring or cold. *Shivers* - like a narcissistic relationship you can't leave fast enough. Do not bank with them; you have much better options.
