      This bank is one of the most untrustworthy organizations I have ever worked with. Here are the facts of my transaction: 1. A loan officer prequalified me saying that I met all requirements of the loan and was optimistic that I would be approved 2. I submitted an application and was consistently ignored and lied to about the status of processing and appraisal ordering, this went on for weeks 3. I finally got tired of being ignored and called the manager, who looked at my application and said he would never have approve it. At this point, we were a week before closing and the financing contingency was passed. Me and my agent lost $10,000 as a result of their mismanagement. 4. They want to see a 1:1 net worth to loan ratio. Meaning, that unless you could liquidate assets or pull the cash to buy the place outright, they wont loan on it. Absurd. Save yourself the hassle and dont deal with this bank. They are untrustworthy, they don't care about your time, and they definitely don't care about your money.
