      I was in there a few weeks ago and the lady behind the desk was helping me with a scam that was done on me. Her name was Lisa and she made me feel so incredibly stupid for being scammed, that I had to walk out! Very unprofessional!! Today, I went in for a cashier's check for my HOS fees for the year and was charged $10!!!! We pay online for everything,so we don't have checks for our account. I was not charged the last time!! I live in Sunrise Beach, so driving to another branch with gas prices is not an option. Camdenton location does not charge $10, it was $5. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because we don't have a certain amount in our account to not be charged!! It should be the other way around in a bank!! They made me feel less than and made the whole transaction maddening!! I read other reviews on this bank branch and you should do a lot better for anyone that has an account! PERIOD!!

      Drive through is rude and slow. I have picked up bags for our large local business for 4 uears with a wrapped car and they question who I am???!!! Would NOT bank with them if they were the only bank in 100 miles.
