      This is our go-to branch of Central Bank. I have always received excellent service from the tellers up to the branch manager. They are quick to respond to my questions, and recommend new services that they believe will benefit my business. It's like a hometown bank, but with the resources and services of a national brand.

      Can’t get someone to answer the phone. Estimated wait time eight minutes for one comment real time wait time 16 minutes 38 seconds and counting. That’s ridiculous!!! Has been the same with each bank, Camdenton, KK Branch and Osage main branch. Very frustrating Update: 34 minutes on hold finally got a woman on the phone. She was incredibly rude, put me on hold again for almost five minutes and then disconnected the call-Beyond infuriated. Central bank of Lake of the Ozarks really needs to work on their customer service!!! I have been a loyal customer of theirs for the better part of 30 years and this is the first time I’ve thought about changing banks. When the courtesy and respect is gone, so if the customer.

      We love this bank! The KK branch manager and other employees always go above and beyond to provide personal attention. After 10 years of using this branch daily for our business, we couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend them!
