      Horrible, stole $105 in overdraft charges for a reversed charge. Pressured me to close bank account after concealing financial papers and giving me 1 day to sign, tried to use my parents bank accounts with them to leverage me to not complain about employee. Then their employee told me that he could refund me charged if I had the bank account I was pressured into closing but corporate says they won't refund despite their agents promise. They still refuse to pay me $105 when my whole family has banked with them for over a decade(3 members decade each) and have tens of thousands in their bank. I will get them to pull out the money over the stupidity of trying to keep my stolen money they agreed should be given back but refuse to.

      Bank of ozk is a RIP off....no compassion, heartless, thank you for letting la fitness rob me of $75...now I have no food for Christmas, I begged and pleaded, when I said I have no food they hung up on me
