      i truly do not know why they have bad reviews!! This company is truly amazing. i got a car in may 2018 i was in an accident 1 month later. no fault of my own! my insurance paid off the car and national auto called me and advised me that i could come in and get another car with 0 down payment. now this car is almost paid off. they are all so nice and they really work with you. Ira is great as well and when i had my accident Ira was in constant contact with me. I will always purchase cars through them!! I am sure people have reason for bad reviews but I just wanted to say as long as you PAY your car note or if you cant pay they'll work with you AS LONG AS YOU COMMUNICATE with them!! seriously id give 20 stars!!! thank you century lending!!       Ira and another lady at this location is very disrespectful. They do not care and definitely do not try and work with you on things. They will refer to your efforts as “worthless and pointless” The deals always end up being horrible. I purchased my first car here and was paying more for the car then what it was worth especially when it started giving me issues within the first year. Save yourself time and respect by looking around at other places. If I could give it zero stars I would.

      I cannot wait to pay the rest of my car off… I will NEVER use them again… and I keep people far away from this dealership… they sell lemons all day!
