  I experienced a problem with an event at this location but there was prompt follow-up from the branch management team in regards to the issue. A resolution was put in place and the end result was a positive one.

  They signed me up for the “wrong account” and I was told I’d have to come back to pay a monthly fee for another account. Just a really stupid and unnecessary experience. Why bother going here when there’s so many other banks that won’t get things wrong with a first time customer??? I closed my account and went to Bank of America. Way better app, services, and no mistakes were made.

  I have opened an account with this Bank over five years ago. I opened the account at Mocksville branch and I loved that place. However, I no longer work in Mocksville and I use now the branch in Winston. The new manager is unfriendly and mean, never return calls but took calls when I was at her office and made me wait. The new manager gave me wrong informations.
