      After having a less than desirable experience with some of the other OZK branches in Hot Springs i luckily ran into Thane who knew exactly how to address my issues and get the job done right..you might want to hold on to this dude Thane is the man

      I wish I could have been in the Board meeting when someone suggested the name change to Bank OZK. Must have been the owner's nephew. I feel like the bank has lost its personality and its relationship with customers. Typical when banks get too big. Now, I call, leave a message and no one calls back.
