  I have Banked with OZK for quite sometime now . I received a letter in the mail in late September early October saying they were going to close my accounts. “Very Unprofessional” of them to send a letter . I didn’t even get a call explaining why my accounts were being closed . STILL NO EXPLANATION! They called today though. They wanted their safety deposit keys back . Really!! Still no explanation. It’s October 27th and they are calling Now for their keys and not to explain what happened . WHAT A JOKE of a bank . If anyone is really thinking about banking with these people I’d say DONT! I feel they cancelled out my account because they weren’t getting paid from it . They weren’t making money off me . They try to control the account by what you spend and pull out . I’m SO not sorry for spending my money the way I see fit ! If you happen to bank with these people KEEP on your toes and watch your back! They’ll smile to your face and close the account behind your back. Thank god “not the bank” I had time to switch everything over . These people just use and abuse you then trash you when they aren’t making anything from you.

  Garbage, bank went to the drive trough 4 mins before closing to make a $3900 withdrawal on Friday.... And the woman refused to help me that's bad customer service In my opinion.
