      The lobby was closed due to covid, so I called to verify that I could have a debit card made in the drive thru. While I was waiting in the long line to get to the drive thru, someone from the bank called me back to go ahead and have the card made so it would be ready when I got to the window. Amazing customer service that went above and beyond.

      Was told my account was closed due to fraudulent activity told them I never lived in the place where the fraudulent was done well they closed my account never use this bank horrible

      Thought I finally found a good bank, was once again proven wrong. Was told that I could put a check into the atm and it would process the same day. Was lied to by a teller. Told them I didn't want to be able to overdraft my card, but was some how negative on my account for $36 even though I had not spent any money. Tired of being lied to time and time again by banks. Put a check in on Friday, was told it will not process until Tuesday? When I went up to the bank they acted like I should have known that, but nowhere on the atm did it say anything about the money being withheld. Another shady bank, no different than the rest.
