      I had a personal request that online can’t do, so I ran inside, Ms Michelle was right there at the booth, always with a smile, wonderful personality, willing to help and she wouldn’t give up, she help me to solve the problems, not only save time, money, but she show me that she is there to work and helping people like me, I felt like she is an angel , thanks so much Ms Michelle! 🥰👍😊❤️❤️❤️

      This has to be the worst branch in Georgia atleast. I opened my account a few months back no issues really at first. Now I can't get anyone on the phone ever. In person went in there almost no one in the bank at the time so I figured let me call and see what they do. Still everyone just ignored the call. I've been trying to reach out to get some things straightened out with one of my accounts

      I have been calling this location nonstop for a week now. No one picks up, what kind of bank is this!!??? Really like they don’t want customers.
