  We applied for mortgage loan here and were approved, everything was good first 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden we started getting issues, specifically Matt T, our lender, became very rood, ignorrant, to my requests to get status updates he wouldnt respond, and even to our escrow officer he only replied "we have issues"...Not sure how he is at his job position considering he couldnt even read our taxes and see from the beginning the other loan we had, communication skills are at 0, deffinetly not a person you would want to work with...only on the 4th week he emailed that loan was declined. Luckily we had cash available (as second option) and it wasnt a deal braker for us. It was by far the worst loan experience we ever had and it was the lowest loan amount as well. And also, they make you open Banner checkingn account before processing loan. Deffinetly advising to stay away!

  Been banking here along time with previous banks at this location. Banner Bank took over and have had nothing but excellent customer service. Kudos to Karla, Leticia, Courtney and Daniel.
