  This is the only bank I will ever go to in downtown Tacoma, the lady to the right when you first walk in the bank, her name is Rachel, and I'm not going to even try to pronounce her last name, she is freaking awesome, the staff is lovely, it just has a decent environment. everyone's professional but they're still human and appear to actually care. The next account I open with 100% be here I've been to the Federal Way one as well and they are awesome too easy banking. Rachel thank you so much for being awesome :)

  Would NOT recommend using this bank for mortgages. The team gave inaccurate information and ultimately lead a client down the path promising them they qualified for the loan when they did not. This was a 2 month process when it could've been handled in the beginning to not lead them on. Nathan Crouch was unresponsive throughout the entire process and was not proactive about being straight-forward with the client leading them to lose the house.
