      I have not used a bank in years, only dealing with cash.. being a Texas resident and working locally here I needed a way to cash my payroll checks.. not understanding much of the new systems I steered clear until I absolutely had to.. the staff completely removed all doubts, taking the time to explain everything in full detail to me.. it was an excellent experience.. I'm glad Wells Fargo did not have time for me😊
