  Just refinanced my home through Banner Bank and Stephano was a pleasure working with! The transaction was smooth throughout the whole process! He kept me in the loop right away with any changes, documents needed and was spot on with the time frame from beginning to end. He didn't pressure me at all to go with a certain refi either. He listened to my needs and wants and he was able to get me into a refi that fitted my situation! I highly recommend Stephano to anyone looking to refinance their home! Thank you!!

  Very good Customer Service, All the Staff are very helpful, The Branch Manager Michael Fanous he is very professional and he cares about his Customers and he is there for you for any questions or issues, we recommend that Branch .

  They gave best intrest for my commercial loans. Great personnel. Great people. Always willing to help with smile and good mood. Cons - don't wOrkney Saturdays and should open a branch somewhere citrus heights fair oaks or Orangevale.
