Well where to start. We went under contract for our new build in Severna Park 12/21 and I knew the market was going to become unstable. Thankfully, Bay Capital mortgage had solutions to protect me and the little extra cost and paperwork was absolutely worth it. Even the title company said at closing, you have an amazing rate. I closed on 6/15/22 with a 3.2% on VA Loan. Every single member of the Bay Capital Mortgage Corp was extremely professional and attentive in the process. I look forward to conducting business them again next year for my business financial needs.
