  I have refinanced my current home several times, each previously with Rocket Mortgage. But this time, and, I expect, the last time I went with Brian Masterson at Bay Capital Mortgage. And, by far, this time was the best experience. Not only did I get a great low rate, but I got plenty of personal service that allowed me to get all my questions answered clearly and quickly, thus eliminating any and all of the types of anxiety I had experienced with my previous refinances. Brian also provided excellent financial advice that allowed me to minimize my costs and actually get back some very effective cash flow relief. His closing team at Bay Capital also did a great job - closing on time in about 30 minutes - no questions or surprises. I highly recommend Brian and Bay Capital Mortgage.
