      I haven't had a single problem with this branch every time I came in they gave me great service and always asked how my day was. They got my loans done within 45 minutes and they are really a good bank.

      I have been banking with Bay Credit Union for years and have been disappointed numerous times. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. There have been times when that was not the case and I was given an attitude, and the staff used minimum effort to satisfy me. If your card is shut down for a fraudulent attempt it takes two weeks to get a new card. That's ridiculous. You can walk into any bank these days and get a replacement on the spot. Their mobile app is years behind and has very basic. To sum Bay Credit Union up in one word is basic. Basic customer service, basic products, and basic expectations. I realized this when I walked into another bank and received amazing service. When I left I decided I was leaving Bay Credit Union. It's ashame too because I'd rather bank with a local bank.
