      Horrible experience with their lending process. The Atlanta Redfin agent recommended @BayEquity and said we would get a .25% lower rate for streamlining with this company that @Redfin just purchased. This was a lie; I was overcharged a higher rate than was in the market and overcharged over $700 to buy the higher rate down. We are in the EXCELLENT credit rating. #BayEquity #Redfin #BuyerBeware Very Unhappy Buyer- BEWARE!
