Lauri will try and find a point of contact with you everyday or will answer phone calls with any questions you have right away or later that same day. Lauri sincerely cares about her clients and will guide you to make the best decisions for yourself. We are blessed to have worked with Lauri. We reccomend her to anyone looking to buy! Everyone at Bay Equity worked together to be able to get my husband and I's loan closed. We originally had started out with a different company which we had ran into many complications. Our realtor suggested talking with Lauri at Bay Equity and that is when we decided to make the switch and get closed on our home. We closed in 30 days with Bay Equity! Definitely reccomend working with them!!

  Lauri Orscheln is incredible. She can find the best rate from your first home to your fifth home. There are also specific loans for some professions that can get you an even better rate than you'd think. She's worth a call and a chat! One of the Best!!

  We really enjoyed our experience with Bay! The pre-approval process got things moving quickly and then we were paired with an amazing agent! Susie Cheatham was awesome! Team work and availability were two things that shined brightly. Together we worked toward making our dream come true! Currently sitting on my new porch with my coffee in hand.
