  My Husband and I used Bay Equity after a recommendation from my Sisters Mortgage broker in Virginia. We were referred to Casey Fogle and she was amazing. We wanted to close very quickly, within 3-4 weeks and we did!! We closed our home within 3 and a half weeks from the time we saw our home. We did work on getting pre-approved before seeing the homes and I know that's very helpful. Casey was great at communication with us in what we needed to do to make things happen quickly, she helped us with what would make things move forward faster and she was always available to answer questions and help, especially when we had problems with their electronic signature program. Casey was very friendly and always encouraging us. Kimberly Beard helped us with the closing and she was wonderful too. Kimberly was great at communication and staying on top of things. I can not thank Casey & Kimberly enough for making this loan happen and quickly. This was a very difficult process for us in closing on our new home as my husband was in one state and I was almost 1000 miles away in another state. With this process Casey and Kimberly made things seamless!! I would recommend this team to everyone!! Thank you so much Casey and Kimberly for making Gary and I's dream home come true!!
