  My sister hired Fisher. I voiced my concerns after Fisher pushed my sister to allow her ex, whom is charged with DVHAN and awaiting trial to allow him to see the boys once every two weeks with supervision. The boys are victims too and they’re terrified. Fisher absolutely knew better than to push my sister to put her children in potential harm’s way, and certainly not to make them suffer further emotional distress. My sister emailed her repeatedly voicing her concern and repeatedly telling her she didn’t want to do it. Fisher was more concerned bout making my sister’s ex’s lawyer happy. She told my sister that she needed to do it because no matter what he would get to see them, and she might as well agree to it. She was not advocating for my sister or the boys. It’s almost like she was working for my sister’s ex. Thank God I convinced her to switch to my lawyer. Fisher took my sister’s money and didn’t give one fig about her or the boys. From lack of communication, lack of compassion, and a completely botched representation and unbelievable unprofessionalism. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Maybe the other lawyers in the group are good, but why take the chance? I’m filing a formal complaint with the bar association against her, and I truly hope they investigate her. Even a first year lawyer wouldn’t have tried to push my sister and make her allow a man that tried to kill her in front of her children see them. If you care anything at all bout your kids, don’t use them for custody. After what our family experienced, I have zero faith in this practice.

  Warning to anybody out there who is married to a narcissistic abusive manipulative spouse she will leach you and drain you dry!!! My ex-husband should be in prison however she didn’t want to Put my children’s father in jail well it turns out that she just wanted to continue to milk me for any and all money I had left because she knows that narcissist book continuously take their spouse back to court over and over and over and over again that’s padding her wallet I finally found it an honest attorney who put it in to my ex not to mention my sons videos which Ashby told me not to allow the police to see or else she would fire me yes Ashby told me she would fire me because my son was beat by his dad and if I let those videos be shown that she would fire me shame on you Ashby I have asked for my records because my ex forge my signature on IRAs and other insurance documents and she has all these files and she won’t turn them over to me and I paid her and she will not give them back to me actually I think I’m gonna turn her into the bar because I’m over this
