      Palmetto Mortgage's Team is the best choice you can make when trying to purchase a home. I've always recommended Artie Catoe and Palmetto Mortgage to my buyers, but when it came time to purchase my own home, I did want to shop around. After applying to 6 different lenders, Artie matched the best offer I received and I was once again impressed with such a smooth transaction. Being self-employed complicates getting a loan, but this process was extremely easy and smooth with Artie and his team. Avoid the national lenders and go local with Palmetto Mortgage!

      Horrible experience with the company itself. Our closing was delayed 4 times due to them not getting paperwork in on time. Thank God for Kevin Kuper- he helped us and was amazing!
