  Met Brad Louden well over ten years ago but did not get the chance at that time to work with him. Recently contacted him as we had an opportunity to purchase a new home. I could not believe that he remembered me after all this time! That impressed me, because how many people have you met over ten years ago and spoke with for about an hour and they actually remember you ten + years later? Not many in my experience ! Brad answered all our questions, returned calls and texts almost immediately, (we were not his only customers LOL)and was patient all the way thru the loan process! Helped with things when he was able and like I said VERY patient as my husband had a LOT of questions, LOL. I would not hesitate to work with Brad again! All around nice guy!! If you are looking for a loan agent look no further than Bay Equity and Brad Louden, he is the best in my opinion. THANK YOU Brad and Bay Equity from the bottom of hearts! You came through for us!!

  Working with Brad was a pleasure. What really stood out was his patience in answering all the questions we had and really taking the time to explain how things worked in detail. He also took the time to prepare video's which was an invaluable visual aid to follow along. We had a more complicated scenario and he was super flexible and able to assist with.
