  This review comes from a buyer from Ohio, who purchased a second home in San Diego in October 2014. I was clueless, concerning the rules and regulations in the state of California, regarding loans and the whole process! I was referred to John McNulty by my realtor, Michael Webb, and was not disappointed! John patiently assisted me, without fail, throughout the entire process. He was informative, in terms that I could understand, always pleasant and professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His communication was always timely, and If I didn't understand something, he would talk with me, until I "got it"! Also, he followed up with emails and/or texts to confirm or keep me updated of every aspect. His helpfulness with every detail, left me feeling a valued client.
