In a market with record-breaking low inventories and high competition, I knew Trent would always give me the best chance at making a deal on my dream home. And that’s exactly what he did! Trent was never reluctant to tour a new property and was always available and willing to answer any questions that I had. He was always honest about his evaluations of the homes we visited, and his endless experience in this industry allowed me to have trust and be patient during a time where I felt like time wasn’t on my side. I ended up with a home that completely exceeded my expectations in every way - including its price, location, and condition.   Trent is a fantastic agent who helped my search for a house to take place in ONE week-end. I was planning to move from Boston to San Diego, and was going to come on week-ends for open houses until I found something I liked. With Trent, we piled on the houses to see each day, and by the end of my first week-end, I had my dream house. Trent knew the positives and negatives of different neighborhoods, and once he had a full understanding of what I wanted, was able to really tailor my search. Once I decided on a few houses I liked he helped me work through the appropriate bidding process. He was there every step along the way. It's hard to believe I found my dream house in less than 72 hours. Thanks Trent. We are now happy home-owners in San Diego!

  I can’t recommend Trent highly enough. We had been working with another agent before a friend recommended Trent, and Trent’s responsiveness and knowledge immediately made us switch to him. We were first time home buyers looking from out of state, and Trent went above and beyond to make us feel informed and comfortable with our search and purchase. He was very knowledgeable about how to make a competitive offer and we were able to get our first choice home. He was available and responsive to every small question we had during escrow, even on nights and weekends. After closing he continued to help us and check up on our house in the 2 months before we could move from out of state into it. I’d recommend Trent to anyone looking for a realtor in San Diego!
