I had a coworker call and ask some questions for me regarding relocating and purchasing a home in Tampa from out of state. DJ was very helpful and knowledgable, answering all my questions at the time. Feeling satisfied with the responses, I wanted to use Bay to Bay lending going forward. I reached out to DJ a couple of times in the weeks since, to ask some additional questions, basically wanting to know if I can get pre-approved at this point or wait until some other matters get resolved. I've called several times, no answer, and left two voicemails and never received a call back. I will take my business elsewhere at this point.
